Acmena smithii ‘Fire Screen’ BWNFIR PBR84 Pbr is also known as Firescreen Lilly Pilly. It is a dense, compact, fast-growing shrub tall and thin with coppery-red coloured new growth and bushy all the way down. Responding so favourably to pruning, Fire Screen makes an ideal hedging plant and requires little care other than an adequate water supply. It is a psyllid-resistant variety of Lilly Pilly producing white, fluffy, staminate flowers and in turn, edible purple berries in Spring.
