Hedge Grevillea Banksii “Superb” Hedging Plants

Grevillea Banksii Superb is one of the best spreading grevillea’s and produces gorgeous deep red-orange flowers throughout the year.

With fast-growing deeply divided foliage it’s perfect for slopes, low maintenance gardens, rockeries, coastal gardens, courtyards and the poolside.

Planted en-masse Grevillea is stunning in full bloom and provides lots of erosion control. It will cope with most situations, including coastal sites, and encourages wildlife into your garden

Superb is easily maintained, drought and frost tolerant and prefers full sun to light shade.  

Grevillea is an old plant that’s been around since the 1960s and has never fallen out of fashion. It’s earned its place in the garden with strong health, attractive flowers and an easy to grow nature.

• What to use me for: I make excellent native groundcover, erosion control on a slope, and brighten a rockery.
• I grow to: I’ll reach 2 metres in height and spread over 2 metres.
• Where to place me: I prefer full sun on my face
• How far to space me:  I need plenty of room. Give me 2 metres, please
• Soil Conditions: Like most plants, I prefer fertile well-drained soil, but I’ll make a go of it on most soils if they’re not waterlogged.
