Indoor Garden Microsorum Crocodyllus Pet-friendly Indoor Plants

Microsorum crocodyllus is not a crocodile but a fern-like plant who like his mates to call him The crocodile fern (sounds tougher)

Its fronds are wrinkled, dimpled and leathery to touch which reminds people of crocodile skin. His light green leaves are marked with dark green veins which can grow up to a metre in length.

This is a truly unique plant that you’re not going to see very often. It makes a stunning gift and a top pick ‘man plant’ for an office desk.

• How far to space me: Give me a metre so I can stretch.

• Soil Conditions: I love rich, free-draining potting mix.

• Watering conditions: I need regular water but don’t let my feet sit in water as my roots will rot
