Shrubs Ficus Pumila Minima Creeping Fig

If you are tight on space and have an ugly fence to cover then Ficus pumila minima is the plant for you. It is fast and super easy to grow and definitely isn’t needy. This little guy is also known as the creeping fig with small oval-shaped leaves that cling to most surfaces. New foliage is a nice shiny green and the older they get they turn to a leathery texture, the plant will keep growing and spreading so give it a prune to control growth.

• What to use me for: You can use me indoors in a hanging basket or outdoors to cover an ugly fence

• I grow to:  I will grow up and spread across a wall for 5m 

• Where to place me: I like semi-shade or bright light indoors

• How far to space me: For nice coverage on a wall place me 60cm apart 

• Watering conditions: I don’t like much water and am drought tolerant. Make sure my soil is dry to touch before watering again.
