Pandorea jasminoides Lady Di is also known as the Lady Di vine, Bower Climber or the Bowen Vine.
She’s a glorious, fast-growing and low maintenance native climber that will thrive well in most parts of Australia.
If you love large white flowers, you’ll go crazy for her lightly-scented white trumpet blooms that stand out against her deep green foliage. Expect to see these repeat flowering from summer to autumn in masses.
Lady Di creates an ornamental cascade over a bank or up and over an eyesore. She has such dense greenery you should be prepared for little nesting birds to take cover there. Be careful though because she’s so vigorous she may cover pipes and fences you’d rather were kept clear.
We love her because she’s a knockout but gives us so little hassle. Just water until established, mulch in the spring, and off she goes.
